Hello. My name is Pauline Holmes (nee Dellit) and i’m a Creative Consultant based in Melbourne, Australia.

I have over 10+ years experience in creative agencies - as Head of Client Services and Operations, Creative Director, and for a short stint - General Manager. Over the years and across all my different titles, I had one consistent responsibility - to help founders, marketing teams and directors, solve creative problems.

Four months after the birth of my first daughter, and deep into the 65th Melbourne Lockdown, I ended my well-established career in Creative Agency Land and went solo.

Why? Winging first-time motherhood and intense isolation wasn’t stressful enough. I felt like a more profound mental and emotional crisis.

From guiding startups with creating brand and marketing assets, copywriting for leading FMCG agencies, and helping marketers with content strategy and design - my business morphed into a consultancy model.

Now, four years later, I have partnerships with working parents with immeasurable industry experience and reputations to match. They, too, have ventured out on their own - senior designers, developers, photographers, and the like. Our values align, and so do our agency know-how and efficiency.

There is nothing like working closely with specialists who you’ve been in the trenches with -
at work, and the most challenging - in parenthood.

This is how INÀ came to be.
