Hello. I’m Pauline, and i’m a Creative Problem Solver based in Melbourne, Australia.

My career hasn't been a straight line, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

After a decade of wearing every hat imaginable in creative agencies (Head of Client Services, Head of Writing, even a stint as General Manager), I discovered my superpower: solving creative puzzles for business owners who are looking to break through the noise.

Then came motherhood alongside Covid and Melbourne's endless lockdowns. Most people might have taken a step back, but I saw an opportunity. Four months into sleepless, bewildered, solitary confinement-life, I decided to turn my professional chaos into something beautifully purposeful: INÀ.

What started as a leap of faith has become a collaborative powerhouse. I've built a network of incredible working parents – senior designers, developers, photographers – who bring not just killer skills, but real-world wisdom earned in both boardrooms and play rooms.

From crafting brand assets to developing razor-sharp content strategies, I help businesses tell their most authentic stories. And between you and me? Juggling client projects and parenting has made me more strategic, more efficient, and definitely more caffeinated.

If you want something done, give it to a busy person, right? Let’s get it done.

INÀ
[noun] origin: Tagalog
