Creative Management

I often deal with directors who are well aware that their brand needs work. But one of their enemies is Time, and the other is the lack of resources or knowledge to get started.

A creative consultant provides guidance and advice to businesses on how to represent themselves best creatively. This could include anything from branding to websites and content creation.

Creative Management includes acting as an intermediary between clients and creatives - facilitating communication and ensuring that everyone is on the same page throughout the entire process. From budgets and timings, through to execution, I negotiate and manage specialists to align with client’s budgets, expectations, output, and deadlines.
